Introducing!!!

Hello there Internet and Blog dwellers!

We are VERY excited to share with you Jakks in the Box dog treats! All natural, home-made and with ingredients that I would eat myself, these treats and cookies will have your canine-pal begging for more (and maybe even turning their nose up at store-bought treats.)
The website is still in progress, but be sure to keep checking back, because it will be up and running in very little time at all.

Just to let you in on a little secret, we will be featuring 5 flavors to start out with: Honey Oat, Peanut Butter Banana, Massachusetts Apple Pie (apples and cheddar), Meat and Potatoes (sweet potato and beef), and Chicken Pot Pie (chicken, peas and carrots). The base of our treats is whole wheat flour, a little bit of organic skim milk, and an organic free-range egg. They are yummy enough to try yourself, that is if your pal will let you have any!
If there are any flavors that you would like us to make, send us a quick message letting us know, and our master chef Karyn will get in the kitchen working on your request.

Our products are in fact animal tested, although I don't think that the pooches mind being subjected to the testing! Seems like the perfect job to me. The testers are: The lovely Jakks herself, Muggs (Jakks' sister), Butchie (Jakks' step-brother), and Buddy Love and Snookie (Jakks's neighbors). You will have the chance to get to know them a little bit more as they review the treats and tell you what they really think about them. I think you can trust their opinions; they won't steer you in the wrong direction!

Coming soon will be pictures of the different cookies as well as different reviews from the testers about what they think. A little bit farther into the future? The website will be up and the orders can begin to be placed!
